Land Surveying

Subdivision

We undertake all subdivision work: rural, residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions. We specialise in and have acquired expert skills in neighbourhood and community subdivisions. We can apply the appropriate survey tools and techniques to complete your particular project. We are accredited to lodge subdivision plans using the NSW LRS E-Plan system.

Site Surveys

We undertake site surveys (feature surveys, detail and contour surveys). Ranging in size from tens of hectares to individual house sites, route surveys for powerlines and water mains. We will use the appropriate technology for the scale of the job and for your needs. If there is something in particular you are trying to plan then contact us and we will be happy to arrange a personalised service. We can provide the Digital Terrain Map in any digital format you require.

Setout Survey

From a simple shed to a large factory or the Gobbagombalin or Travers Street Bridges, we have the knowledge, equipment and experience necessary to make sure your building or engineering project is built correctly and everything is where it should be.

Identification Survey

When buying or selling property it is wise to make sure that any of your structures or fences do not encroach upon any neighbouring lands or or vice versa. Many lots are affected by easements and/or covenants and these may need to be checked. Compliance with BCA and local government setbacks may need to be checked. Be it residential, commercial or industrial, be sure that we can assist you.

Level Survey

Especially in flood prone areas, if you need an existing floor's height determined or need us to provide a height on-site so you can construct a building that complies with a council's requirements, we can use a range of techniques to place or ascertain a level according to a local datum or the Australian Height Datum.

UAV/Drone

We have embraced the use of UAV's to complement our more traditional survey services. Not only is a UAV an excellent tool to supplement normal surveys of large open spaces, but we can use our Technology to take Ultra High Definition Video and Photography of your site from almost all aerial perspectives.
